The Alabaster Land located in the Tampa Bay area, and is a Faith-Based Nonprofit dedicated to providing a beautiful and affordable space for gatherings in the great outdoors. Our picturesque location is home to multiple protected species that live & reproduce here such as turtles, ducks, and beavers. Our commitment to giving back to the community is shown with our volunteering options, engaging local youth groups & adults alike. A garden is also kept at the property with ongoing compost and multiple fruit trees being tended & harvested each year.
Ultimately, we exist to connect people to nature, each other & God - by opening the land through hosting & service in multiple ways!
Aesthetic with Nature in Mind
Experience sophistication and charm among nature in our beautifully crafted antique greenhouse. Other areas include double and sinngle tree swings, tiny houses with the option for sweetheart table or small group gathering, or get-ready space, all under a canopy of mature trees offering you and your group plenty of shade.
Picturesque Ceremony Space
Exchange vows surrounded by breathtaking views and your favorite people in our stunning white gazeboo, celebrate with baptisms or kick off your celebrations with speakers provided. Our exclusive beach and aesthetic canoe make for great photo options too!
Spaces for Every Occasion
From worship to weddings to other unplugged get together, our pavilion along with our antique green house is a versatile covered space that can be tailored to suit the occasion of choice for our local community. Our custom-built options with cozy furniture will make it easy to gather, relax and create memories.

Our faith-based spot is perfect for baptisms, ceremonies, worship & youth gatherings, and more for the local community.
What's included in your tax-deductible pledge?
Quite a lot! Honestly, we have so many unique features like a professionally designed main home, an antique green house, red antique car, tiny houses, tree swings, a canoe, a deck area with LED lights, a basement with many features, firepit, bamboo foldable chairs, tables, tall tables with umbrellas and much more!
Is your pricing pledge affordable? How does it work?
Yes! Our tax-deductible pledges are a fraction of the cost a spot like ours would be in the Tampa area. And remember: there is no added taxes or hidden fees!
You can choose from two options: the first is hourly-based & the second is a full package with 2-hour early access for rehearsal and preparations the day(s) prior plus 12 hours on your big day.
We also offer cool extras and volunteer options are available for those unable to afford our spot. Lastly, we use QuickBooks for easy tracking along with installment payments.
Does the Nonprofit offer discounts?
Yes, we offer flat rate discounts to our heroes (military & first responders) with proof of service. Plus seasonal discounts and other options can be discussed as we exist to serve our local community.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes! Parking is a must and we offer three different areas for up to 75 vehicles.
Add a parking attendant for an added fee that is cost-friendly.
Do you have accesible facilities?
Our facilities are easily accessible with barely any steps to use and clear areas, with grass or compacted seashells or solid brick work.
What other services do you offer?
We offer Partial or Full Day-of Coordinators options that can speak English, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese for an added fee with complimentary content creation!
Parking assistant for your guests is also available. Plus a curated local vendors' list with exclusive discounts and perks to our nonprofit (list is released only after initial payment).

What's your cancellation policy?
We are flexible when it comes to emergencies and natural disasters and can discuss further options should other factors appear that seem fair and real.
What are your payment options?
Many! We make it easy for you to pledge and get your tax deduction. An initial estimate is sent via Quickbooks with the breakdown of all your payments and deposits - from there you may accept it and choose one of the following:

What is the capacity at The Alabaster Land?
Our maximum is 150 people per gathering & one gathering a weekend maximum as we exist to serve & engage in the local community beyond celebrations.
How do we get to your Nonprofit?
Our sweet spot is only a short 20-minute ride to the Tampa airport or a 1-hour ride from Orlando International. We're right off the Highway and across from Westfield Brandon Mall, which means we are within minutes from 50+ major restaurants and stores!
Do we need to get insurance?
As a Nonprofit, we have our own liability insurance and you would sign a waiver form that would release us from certain activities you chose to engage in, such as water vessels or firepit, for example.
